  • Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications and services supporting shared tools such as our logging and monitoring tool and our ticket and request handling
  • Develop integrations and APIs connecting these services with other internal systems to improve automation, observability, and collaboration
  • Set technical requirements and contribute to design for shared automation tools, including the Workshop Suite internal chatbot
  • Ensure reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of the shared development environment in collaboration with AWS infrastructure specialists
  • Build intuitive internal tools and user interfaces that simplify workflows and provide visibility for development and support teams
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring to ensure high quality and maintainability across shared systems
  • Drive continuous improvement in architecture, tooling, and processes to keep TRATON's development environment modern and sustainable

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer in cloud-based environments (AWS or similar)
  • Strong skills in C#, .NET Core, and modern frontend frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, TypeScript)
  • Experience with DevOps practices including CI/CD, Docker, and Terraform
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., DataDog, CloudWatch, Grafana) and with service management systems such as ServiceNow
  • Competence in CI/CD, automation, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code tools (Docker, Terraform, etc.)
  • Service-minded, communicative and collaborative, focused on providing reliable tools and systems that help others work effectively
  • Curious and solution-oriented, enjoys exploring and implementing new technologies that improve internal efficiency and balances modernization with stability and long-term sustainability
  • Proactive and self-driven, takes ownership of shared services from design to operation
