Basic Salary: £28,000 - £39,520
Contract: Full Time, Term time only
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Your Role and ResponsibilitiesAs an SEN Class Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the educational journey of our pupils. Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the complex SEMH needs of all pupils.
- Supporting the class team in facilitating engaging learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, collaborating with other staff to ensure their needs are met.
- Supervising pupils during non-classroom time, including extracurricular activities and school trips.
- Building positive relationships with pupils to drive interaction and foster positive learning outcomes.
We are looking for passionate educators who meet the following criteria:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Possess a strong educational background at degree level.
- Have previous successful teaching experience.
- Experience working with pupils with SEMH needs in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques.
- Commitment to professional development and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to starting work.

The successful candidate will be required to complete an enhanced DBS Check, with the cost covered by Polaris Education.
