*Key Responsibilities:*
* Define, implement, and monitor master data standards, policies, and governance frameworks.
* Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across enterprise systems.
* Analyze source systems, transformations, and mappings to maintain end-to-end data integrity.
* Develop and control master data structures and mapping requirements.
* Review and validate data mappings to ensure business alignment and expected outcomes.
* Audit completed mappings to verify data quality and process success.
* Partner with business and IT teams to understand processes, requirements, and data impacts.
* Monitor IT architecture changes and assess implications for data quality and usage.
* Lead cross-functional discussions to align data practices with business goals.
* Lead and mentor a team of data mapping specialists.
* Manage onshore and offshore resources to ensure consistent delivery.
* Provide regular updates on MDM initiatives, progress, risks, and opportunities.
* Facilitate MDM governance meetings and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.
* Communicate insights and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
*Core Requirements:*
* 10+ years of experience in MDM, data governance, data quality, or data architecture.
* 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry.
* Proven experience managing full lifecycle MDM projects, including requirements gathering, implementation, and testing.
* Hands-on expertise with MDM platforms (e.g., Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, IBM InfoSphere) or similar.
* Strong hands-on experience with data integration tools like Talend/Informatica/SSIS or similar.
* 8+ years of hands-on experience with SQL and other databases.
*Leadership & Professional Skills:*
* 4+ years managing teams, including onshore/offshore resources.
* Ability to coordinate vendors, stakeholders, and technical teams.
* Experience developing team capabilities and knowledge sharing.
* Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Strong problem-solving and data-driven decision-making abilities.
