Location: Windsor, ON. We offer full time in-office and hybrid flexibility.

Position Overview:

The Manager, Partner Program Success is responsible for driving engagement, retention, and growth across a portfolio of insurance program partners. Reporting to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer (CSMO), the role serves as the primary relationship owner, ensuring partners have the tools, support, and strategic guidance needed to drive customer awareness, engagement and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Management:

  • Manage the day-to-day partner relationships with the end goal of cultivating exceptional partner relationships. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of partner marketing campaigns and tactics to drive awareness, engagement, and insurance sales conversions.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HCC's operations and marketing teams throughout campaign planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
  • Key contributor to the preparation of all regular partner update meetings and presentations providing updates and insights on program success and seek opportunities to grow and drive incremental revenue that meets both partner and HCC's objectives. 
  • Champion partner satisfaction and retention by consistently delivering a high-quality, proactive relationship management experience.
  • Act as a key liaison between partners and internal HCC teams, swiftly addressing challenges, resolving conflicts, and ensuring seamless day-to-day collaboration.

Marketing Program Management:

  • Partner with the CSMO in the development and implementation annual partner program plan and budget, ensuring alignment with both partner and HCC growth objectives.
  • Support the CSMO in identifying and implementing ongoing marketing program enhancements to meet and exceed established growth targets.
  • Gather all the marketing program progress to date KPIs to provide monthly / quarterly and annual reports and flag any concerns in a timely manner.
  • Cultivate strong, collaborative working relationships across HCC and partner teams to foster a cohesive and productive program environment.
  • Actively participate in meetings focused on evaluation of results

Leadership:

  • Demonstrate proven leadership experience, bringing a collaborative and results-driven approach to managing partner program initiatives.
  • Able to influence and motivate all day-to-day working teams to ensure marketing campaigns are delivered on time, budget and quality.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven track record of day-to-day marketing campaign management for large enterprise-wide clients and growth of digital sales on either client or agency side.
  • Insurance sector experience preferred.
  • Experience and proficiency of digital-first marketing campaign and growth programs.
  • Experience leading key accounts for a minimum of 3-5 years at a Manager level.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Superior marketing campaign management skills.
  • Proficient in MS based programs: WORD, Excel, Outlook, Teams.
  • Excellent documentation skills.
  • Proven experience in exceptional partner relationship-building / account management.
  • Ability to work with, and influence stakeholders to determine acceptable solutions.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong project management and superior attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

  • The majority of work is done sitting at a desk using a company issued phone and laptop computer with opportunities to move about the office when needed.
  • Hybrid or full remote
  • Occasional travel required to partner offices/HCC office/offsite events, etc.

Salary Expectations:

The expected salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope, and level.
