We are currently seeking a Wealth Planning Coordinator to join our Assante Wealth Planning team. In this role, the successful candidate will be the logistical backbone of a team of wealth planning professionals, including financial planners, accountants and lawyers. The individual will be expected to support wealth planning activities, including scheduling of meetings, collection and management of documents, populating information in various systems and preparing and distributing materials for meetings. WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Schedule advisor, client and internal meetings and organize required travel and accommodation needs
  • Complete expense reports accurately and in a timely manner 
  • Follow up with advisors and their support team members for client information and documents  
  • Manage and organize documents in internal systems
  • Manage and setup client information in customer relationship management system
  • Partner with our team of wealth planning professionals to populate wealth planning questionnaires    
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations for client meetings  
  • Print materials for in-person meetings
  • Distribute reference materials and wealth planning reports to advisors and clients pre and post meetings
  • Prepare various activity summary reports   
  WHAT YOU WILL BRING
  • 1-2 years industry or professional services firm experience preferred
  • Bilingual French and English an Asset 
  • Client services or administrative experience an asset 
  • University degree and/or college diploma required 
  • Fluent in computer skills (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint) 
  • Basic understanding of investment products and mutual funds 
  • CFP or F.Pl. financial planning designation an asset 
  • Working understanding of Salesforce is an asset 
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Able to work in a competitive, fast paced team environment 
  • A high level of professionalism and attention to detail 
  • Able to thoroughly anticipate and investigate problems and provide solutions as needed 
  • Strong prioritization and analytical skills
  This opportunity is for an existing vacancy with the company. The anticipated base salary range for this position is $42,500 to $71,000. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a bonus program. In addition, The Company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, paid leave programs, education-related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and many others. Many of these benefits are subsidized or fully paid for by the company.   This role follows our in‑office work model and requires employees to be onsite four days per week to support collaboration and business needs.
