About
We are seeking a skilled Public Relations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing and deploying a high-quality public relations strategy worldwide, focusing on announcements, events, and their amplification.
As a key member of the marketing team, you will leverage launches, sports partnerships, and ambassadors to grow brand presence and drive brand awareness, engagement, and positive conversation globally. This involves creating engaging content for multiple channels, adapting to the overall communication strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with marketing teams to contribute to integrated global brand communication efforts
- Coordinate with external suppliers or create marketing and public relations materials, including press releases, press kits, briefs, presentations, editorials, and newsletters
- Develop and maintain an effective interview database, preparing drafts as needed and monitoring results
- Create exciting experiences to support campaigns, launches, and events
- Review approved editorial partnership content under supervision
- Build and maintain relationships with watch blog partners, ensuring timely delivery of assets by providing necessary material, open communication, and reporting
- Develop a communication plan around events in collaboration with Marketing Departments
- Act as primary point of contact and specialist for subsidiaries for event activations
- Oversee and travel to events to uphold the brand's high-quality image and ensure accurate communication of the defined brand message globally
- Supervise and coordinate content creation efforts with creative content team, providing art direction and offering clear guidance for consistency and adaptation across various channels
- Identify and ensure ambassador engagement opportunities in collaboration with Sponsorship and PR teams
- Manage media monitoring platform and analyze reports to provide insights that enhance PR strategy
- Stay updated on trends within the industry and beyond
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve the efficiency of PR communication and activations
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Strong attention to detail with deep understanding of luxury design codes
- Dynamic personality with proactive, can-do attitude
- Ability to work autonomously and take initiative, while remaining self-motivated
- Creative flair with constant curiosity for culture, art, and trends-both within and outside the industry
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong stress management abilities
- Excellent analytical and presentation skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree required
- Degree in PR, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field preferred
- At least 3 years of professional experience in similar role within international context, preferably in luxury industry
- Proven experience in event planning and execution
- Strong copywriting skills in both English and French
- Experience in digital marketing and social media management essential
- Familiarity with photography, graphic design, and video editing software a plus
Fluency in both French and English (written and spoken) required. Additional language proficiency a plus.
