About

I'm looking for a high-level Canva designer to professionally refine and complete an existing proposal deck for a premium tourism/property development project on Kangaroo Island, South Australia.
The project is mostly built. I need someone to:
• Fine-tune the overall layout and consistency
• Elevate typography, spacing, alignment, and visual hierarchy
• Improve flow between pages
• Complete the final 5–6 pages in the same established style
• Ensure the entire deck feels modern, sharp, premium, and investor-ready
This is not a beginner job. I need someone who genuinely understands clean, high-end design — minimal but powerful. Think architectural presentation / boutique property pitch / luxury tourism brand.
The aesthetic direction:
• Strong, confident layout
• Warm, natural tones
• Premium but understated
• No clutter
• Consistent font pairing
• Proper margins and whitespace
• Professional image placement
The content is already written. This is about polish, consistency, and completing the remaining pages so the whole document feels cohesive and world-class.
Deliverables:
• Fully completed Canva file
• Consistent styling across all pages
• Final pages designed to match existing design direction
• Investor-ready PDF export
Requirements:
• Advanced Canva experience (please share examples)
• Strong typography and layout skills
• Experience with pitch decks, property, tourism or architectural proposals preferred
• Ability to work quickly (ideally 48–72 hour turnaround)
If you apply, please include:
1. A link to 2–3 relevant Canva projects
2. Confirmation you can complete within 3 days
3. Your fixed price for the job
This is an important document tied to a serious development opportunity. I'm looking for someone sharp who can take it from "good" to "excellent."
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
