This is a structured implementation project, not a marketing brainstorm.
We already have a detailed build specification. You will be executing the structure we provide.
Scope of Work
You will:
• Create and configure 3 Deal Pipelines
1. Residential – Handyman & Projects
2. Rental Turnover / Cleanout
3. Commercial (shell only)
• Build custom Deal and Contact properties
• Configure controlled workflow automations
• Set up Products / Service Catalog (fixed-scope handyman services + fees only)
• Configure user permissions (admin vs VA vs technician)
• Ensure clean reporting dashboards
• Implement structured task automation
• Ensure system is scalable without future rebuild
This is an operational CRM build, not a marketing automation build.
Important Constraints
• You must follow our stage naming and workflow logic exactly
• Do not rename or restructure pipelines unless approved
• No "creative improvements" without discussion
• No marketing campaigns required
• No website redesign
• No ad management
We are building a disciplined service-operations CRM system.
Deliverables
• Fully configured pipelines
• Custom properties implemented correctly
• Workflows tested and documented
• Product catalog created from provided pricing list
• Basic dashboards built (Deal stages, lead source performance, revenue tracking)
• 1 live walkthrough session via Zoom to review final build
Required Experience
• Proven HubSpot CRM implementation experience
• Experience building structured pipelines (not just sales pipelines)
• Understanding of service-based businesses preferred
• Strong workflow automation knowledge
• Ability to follow specification documents precisely

Project Structure
Estimated: 10–15 hours
Budget: $700–$1,200 depending on experience
We are looking for a short-term build engagement with potential for future refinement work.
