I run a performance marketing agency and need a expert to build an automated sync between our Notion database and Google Sheets.
What we need:
We have a Notion database where we manage creative concepts for multiple clients. When a concept's status is set to "Client reviewing", we need it to automatically sync to that client's Google Sheet (each client has their own sheet).
The scenario needs to:
∙ Trigger when a Notion item is updated to "Client reviewing" status
∙ Route to the correct client's Google Sheet based on the Brand field
∙ Check if the concept already exists in the sheet (by Concept No.)
∙ If it exists, update the row
∙ If it doesn't exist, create a new row
∙ Map all relevant fields (concept name, status, description, hypothesis, etc.)
We currently have 1 client route partially built. You'd need to fix it, test it end to end, and then replicate the same route for approximately 5-10 other clients.
Requirements:
∙ Proven experience
∙ Notion API knowledge
∙ Google Sheets experience
∙ Please include examples of similar automations you've built
Fixed price preferred. Est. 4-8 hours work.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
