The Work: Reporting to the Senior Manager of Performance Marketing, the Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for leading performance media strategy, planning, and optimization across EQ Bank's Personal Banking and Small Business Banking portfolios, with additional support for Equitable Bank's Reverse Mortgage product This role owns performance outcomes across paid media channels and works closely with agency and platform partners to optimize campaigns and drive efficient customer acquisition. While day-to-day execution is primarily handled by agency partners, the role requires sufficient platform fluency to step in when needed and make informed optimization decisions The successful candidate is a collaborative, data-driven marketer who thrives in an agile, performance-led environment and is comfortable balancing near-term optimization with longer-term growth planning The Core Responsibilities of the Role:
