Agilus is recruiting for a Administrative Assistant I in the oil & gas industry in Nanticoke, Ontario.


A typical day:

  • Provides administrative support to a department or individual.
  • General admin task roles for the lab including SAP work (ordering, invoice approval, etc.)
  • Will work along side lab management.


Successful candidates will have:

  • 2+ years of administrative experience with medium expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), SAP and email systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
