We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.
Duration: 12 months
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct verbal intake and gather referral information from clients.
- Manage calls and emails from Plan Sponsors and Members.
- Process referrals, closures, mail, faxes, invoices, and file requests.
- Support case management teams with data entry, templates, and supplies.
- Handle basic client reporting and ad hoc projects.
Must-Have Qualifications
- 2+ years in administration or clerical roles.
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Bilingual in French and English.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
Soft Skills
- Strong customer focus and communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Organized, adaptable, and quick learner.
- Effective both independently and in team settings.
- Strong investigative and problem-solving abilities.
