About

We are hiring for our client in the financial services industry.

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct verbal intake and gather referral information from clients.
  • Manage calls and emails from Plan Sponsors and Members.
  • Process referrals, closures, mail, faxes, invoices, and file requests.
  • Support case management teams with data entry, templates, and supplies.
  • Handle basic client reporting and ad hoc projects.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 2+ years in administration or clerical roles.
  • Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Soft Skills

  • Strong customer focus and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Organized, adaptable, and quick learner.
  • Effective both independently and in team settings.
