*Summary*
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at CommuniHealth. In this role, you will be instrumental in assessing and treating patients with speech and language disorders, contributing significantly to their overall health and well-being.
*Responsibilities*
* Conduct thorough assessments of patients' speech and language abilities.
* Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
* Provide speech therapy interventions to improve communication skills.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
* Educate patients and families about speech and language disorders and treatment options.
* Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
* Maintain accurate documentation of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
*Requirements*
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
* Current state licensure or certification as a Speech Language Pathologist.
* Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to speech therapy.
* Experience with early intervention strategies is preferred.
* Ability to assess and treat a diverse patient population effectively.
