Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant located in Montreal, QC, with some flexibility to work from home. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for performing a range of clerical and administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations. Tasks may include managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing executive administrative support as needed. Additionally, strong communication and organizational skills are essential for liaising effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to efficiently manage office tasks and maintain organization.
- Strong Executive Administrative Assistance skills to provide support at managerial or executive levels.
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette to interact professionally with clients and team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in office software such as word processors, spreadsheets, and email tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work environment.
- Previous experience in administrative roles or a related field is an asset.
