GiveUcare is a licensed home care agency serving the Greater Toronto Area. We provide professional, compassionate, and reliable home care services, including personal support, companionship, respite care, and specialized assistance.

As a growing startup, we are building a strong referral network and expanding our presence within the community. We are looking for a driven and entrepreneurial Business Development Partner to help lead our growth.

Role Overview

This is a commission-based Business Development Partner role focused on expanding our client base and establishing strong referral partnerships across the GTA.

This position is ideal for a self-motivated professional who wants to grow with a startup and transition into a leadership role as the company expands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure new private home care clients
  • Develop referral partnerships with hospitals, retirement homes, community agencies, and healthcare professionals
  • Conduct community outreach and networking activities
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, consultations, negotiation, and contract signing
  • Support initial client consultations and service coordination
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and partnerships
  • Represent GiveUcare professionally within the community

Compensation Structure

Phase 1: Commission-based compensation per secured client/contract

Phase 2: Transition to base salary + commission as the client base grows (target within 6 months based on performance)

Unlimited earning potential based on performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience in business development, healthcare sales, or home care coordination preferred
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills
  • Knowledge of Ontario's home care sector is an asset
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
  • Ability to work independently and drive measurable results
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within GTA
  • Multilingual skills (Ukrainian, Polish, Russian) are a strong asset
