About
The Challenge
We transform complex business problems into human centred solutions for early stage startups, enterprise ventures, and corporate partners.
You thrive on this stuff
As part of our tight-knit team you'll play an integral role in creating experiences that don't just engage the end user, but completely blow them away.
The Role
You'll drive delivery across multiple concurrent projects, translating product vision into executable sprints, orchestrating cross-functional teams, and ensuring nothing slips. You contribute to defining what we build, and you own how and when it ships.
Leading our core team is your primary focus, but you'll keep the broader ecosystem synchronized (eg. partners and client resources). This means making dependencies visible, clearing blockers proactively, and maintaining momentum across all parties. You'll also interface directly with client stakeholders: gathering feedback, facilitating demos, and keeping decision-makers informed and aligned throughout.
You'll work autonomously on day-to-day execution, escalating only for strategic decisions or scope changes.
You will represent delivery in client conversations, clearly articulating progress, risks, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Comfort operating in a client-facing capacity is essential.
What You'll Do
Delivery Execution
- Translate PRDs into executable epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Manage end-to-end delivery from kickoff to production release
- Run all sprint ceremonies - planning, standups, reviews, retrospectives
- Maintain backlog, sprint boards, and delivery documentation
- Track progress against milestones and proactively flag risks before they become problems
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate between in-house teams and external teams
- Facilitate API contract definition and integration planning
- Manage dependencies between teams and remove blockers
- Ensure clear communication between technical teams and business stakeholders
- Support delivery across adjacent brand and marketing initiatives where required, applying structured delivery thinking beyond pure design & engineering projects.
Quality & Process
- Ensure quality gates are met across testing, accessibility, performance, and compliance
- Manage UAT coordination and production release process
- Drive continuous improvement of delivery process
- Maintain delivery metrics and reporting
Technical Facilitation
- Facilitate technical discussions
- Understand technical constraints and help scope work appropriately
- Challenge engineering estimates when needed and ensure realistic planning
- Participate in technical architecture discussions (not lead them)
What You'll Bring
Experience
- 5 - 10 years in software delivery roles (delivery manager, technical PM, scrum master, or similar)
- Proven track record delivering 3+ cross-functional software projects end-to-end
- Experience coordinating between multiple technical teams with external dependencies (vendor APIs, third-party integrations)
- Expert in Agile/Scrum methodology - you can run it without thinking
Technical Skills
- Technical background (former developer, BA, QA, or similar)
- Deep understanding of web application development - frontend/backend architecture, APIs, databases
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and agile tooling
- Understands modern development practices (CI/CD, testing strategies, API integration)
- Can read and understand code without needing to write it daily
Personal Attributes
- Fluent in both engineering and business languages - you translate naturally between the two
- Strong organisational skills with sharp attention to detail
- Proactive problem-solver who anticipates blockers before they land
- Comfortable with ambiguity and changing requirements
- Can manage two projects concurrently without dropping balls
- Makes day-to-day decisions autonomously and escalates the right things
- Confident operating in client-facing environments, including presenting updates, handling delivery challenges, and aligning stakeholders across product, brand, and marketing contexts.
Nice to Haves
- Background in digital agencies or consultancies
- Healthcare or HIPAA compliance experience
- Experience with React, REST APIs, or modern frontend stacks
- Experience with remote or distributed teams across time zones
Languages
- English
