Overview
Miki's Breakfast and Sushi is seeking a dedicated and enthusiasticmorning person to join our Breakfast Team This is a PART TIME position to start, until our new location in Willow Point opens up. APPROX hours/ week with FULL TIME hours and opportunity for advancement available once our new location opens

Candidate MUST be available to cover opening shifts at least once a week (Alternating Tuesdays & Wednesdays, 5 am -11:30 am) and Saturday & Sunday mornings (7 or 8 am to 11:15 am). Other available shifts are Thursdays and Fridays from 7 or 8 am to 11:15 am.

Wage is $18/hr to START, plus inclusion in tip pool after training period (approx. extra $5-$15/hr depending on the day), 1 free meal per OPENING shift, and %20 off Miki's Breakfast and Sushi menu. Wage increase to $19/hour after training period and able to do work opening shifts alone.

Duties :

• Greet and seat guests promptly upon arrival, ensuring they feel welcomed.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings and specials.
• Take accurate orders from customers and relay them to the kitchen staff using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly.
• Process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow during busy periods.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary Front of House, including all bathrooms.

Requirements:

• MUST BE 19+ as our liquor service starts at 9 am.
• Valid Serving It Right Certificate
• Black non-slip footwear
• ***Vehicle or other transport - there are no busses at 5 am***
• Weekend availability.
