Podcast clip pulls from Above the Roof (talking head + audio-driven content)
Whiteboard and educational long-form videos cut into digestible short clips
Roofing and construction industry content
Automotive/car content for a sister brand
Occasionally, cinematic B-roll and AI-generated video integration
What We're Looking For
We need someone who understands what makes people stop scrolling. You should know how to find the hook in a 45-minute podcast episode and turn it into a 60-second clip that demands attention. Captions, pacing, music, and transitions should feel native to the platform — not like an afterthought.
You'll need to be comfortable with:
Pulling clips from long-form content without being told exactly where to cut
Adding dynamic captions (auto-captions are a starting point, not a finish line)
Basic color grading and audio cleanup
Matching energy and pacing to the brand voice (we lean professional but real — no fluff)
Quick turnaround without sacrificing quality
Bonus Points If You Have
Experience with construction, trades, or entrepreneurship content
Familiarity with creators like Alex Hormozi or similar business content styles
CapCut, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci experience
Deliverables Per Week
Negotiable based on volume

Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 40 hours per week.
