About the Role

We are seeking a full-time Production & Machine Operator to join our dynamic production team.

Ideal candidates will have experience with fabrics, machinery, warehouse operations, or assembly work. If you have strong practical skills and enjoy hands-on work, we encourage you to apply even if your experience is from a similar industry and you're eager to learn.

Work hours:

Monday to Thursday: 7:00am – 3:30pm

Friday: 7:00am – 1:30pm (hello long weekends)  

What You'll Be Doing

  • Operate an automated cutting machine to cut various fabrics with precision.
  • Glue pre-cut foams to seat bases and backs.
  • Follow daily production plans to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Load large fabric rolls into machinery.
  • Perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical fitness.
  • Accurately measure materials and maintain high attention to detail.
  • Work independently and confidently in a repetitive production environment.
  • Champion safety , following all instructions and safe work practices.
  • Assist with occasional tasks including furniture assembly and general tasks as required

    About You

    You will be successful in this role if you have:

  • Experience in fabrics, upholstery, assembly work, or similar hands-on roles.
  • The ability to follow production plans and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • A strong focus on workplace safety.
  • Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
  • Intermediate computer skills.
  • To Be Eligible

  • You must have full working rights in Australia.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
