INDUSTRY SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT – INSURANCE, MANUFACTURING, OIL & GAS

You'll collaborate closely with our sales team to understand client needs, propose customized solutions, and showcase the value of Adastra's offerings.

 RESPONSIBILITIES

• Apply your established expertise to address distinct challenges and opportunities within the relevant industry, focusing on industry-specific integration, enhanced customer experiences, and process optimization
• Partner with the sales team to identify potential clients and thoroughly understand their pain points and business objectives 
• Design and present custom solution proposals that highlight Adastra's capabilities, including data management, advanced analytics, and AI-powered systems 
• Conduct demos to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of Adastra's solutions for clients across various industries

• Act as a subject matter expert, offering technical and industry insights to both the sales team and clients 
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the specified sectors to ensure Adastra's offerings remain competitive 
• complex technical concepts into clear business value for diverse stakeholders 

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

• Significant executive-level experience in one or more major industries such as insurance, oil and gas, or manufacturing, with a deep understanding of:
• Multi-channel strategies and operations relevant to your sector
• Customer, client, or stakeholder engagement and tailored service delivery
• Operational and supply chain management within complex industry environments
• Data-driven decision-making processes for strategic and operational improvements
• Experience leveraging data analytics, business intelligence, and emerging technologies such as IoT, predictive analytics, and machine learning to advance business outcomes in insurance, oil and gas, or manufacturing
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into clear business value for a broad range of stakeholders

NICE TO HAVE

• A track record of successful presales or solution engineering experience, preferably within a consulting or technology services environment
