About
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will support the supply chain process and help ensure the smooth flow of operations. You will work closely with the Project Manager to coordinate subcontractors, equipment suppliers, and vendors. In this project based role, you will assist the Procurement team by gathering quotations and facilitating product purchases in accordance with established purchasing governance procedures.

What you will be doing- Acts as primary contact with vendors to gather quotes for identified products and materials, at the direction of the Project Manager with guidance from the Procurement Manager.
- Records goods ordered and received; assists with accounts payable reconciliation.
- Facilitates purchases with vendors at the direction of the Project Manager in accordance with purchasing policy.
- Prepares reports and correspondence as needed.
- Coordinates and codes usage reports and invoices to ensure on-time payment with equipment rentals and project costs.
- Supports accounting team with invoice reconciliation for month-end and annual reporting.
- Processes Bill of Sale documents, at the direction of management.
- Coordinates and maintains register of all equipment and vehicle licensing, inspections, maintenance and repairs to assigned project.
- Establish and maintain equipment records and equipment data base for all regions within JD Edwards.
- Perform additional assignments per management's direction.
- High school diploma / GED required.
- 2+ years of experience within a construction project environment with a focus on managing the purchasing documentation for vendors, equipment and subcontractors.
- Knowledge of purchasing processes, equipment management and system documentation.
- Experience with accounting tools such as Oracle JD Edwards, ERP Systems, Sharepoints, DAS and Bottomline TAP preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) preferred.
- Ability to enter data into systems effectively and accurately.
- Valid Drivers License
