This isn’t just about keeping projects on track; it’s about driving multi-million-pound initiatives that define the future of the facility. As the central point of contact for stakeholders and executives, you will: * Orchestrate Portfolios: Lead multiple interconnected, multi-million-pound projects from inception to benefit realization. * Strategic Roadmapping: Define program scopes and milestones that align with long-term business objectives. * Financial Stewardship: Manage departmental budgets and ensure maximum ROI on capital investments. * Quality Leadership: Ensure every project within the program meets rigorous manufacturing standards and H&S regulations. What You’ll Bring * Sector Expertise: A solid track record in a Manufacturing or Automotive environment is essential. * Seniority: Experience managing Project Managers and reporting directly to board-level stakeholders. * Methodology: Strong knowledge of structured frameworks (PRINCE2, MSP, or APM). * Execution: The ability to navigate complex interdependencies in a "live" site environment.
