Position: Nursery Practitioner - Level 2
Hours: 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £31,200 per annum

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This full-time role involves working 40 hours per week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:00 pm. If you hold a full and relevant Level 2 qualification, we want to hear from you! Please note that this is a year-round position, as our nursery operates throughout the year.

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Meet each child’s individual needs while delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that support each child’s learning and development.
- Collaborate with your team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- A full and relevant Level 2 childcare qualification (essential).
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential).
- Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable).
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable).
