Position: Level 3 Nursery Practitioner

Hours: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, All year round

Salary: £28,600

We are on the lookout for a passionate Nursery Practitioner to join our dedicated team. This full-time role involves working 40 hours a week, with shifts scheduled between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm. If you hold a full and relevant Level 3 qualification, we want to hear from you!

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe and secure environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development needs.
  • Collaborate with your team, demonstrating a flexible attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What We’re Looking For

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
  • Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
