Join Our Team as a Nursery Practitioner - Level 3

Full-Time Position: 42.5 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday, All Year Round

Salary: £34,807.50 per annum

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Meet each child’s individual needs, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe, nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning journey.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team, showcasing flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety concerns to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to Succeed

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification - essential.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English - essential.
  • Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years - desirable.
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements - desirable.
