The Opportunity: 
Postmedia is looking for a Client Services Consultant to join the team, who will onboard, grow, retain and contribute to the overall success of the business through consistent, high-quality service delivery.
 
What you'll do:
On-board, and grow a specific set of accounts 
Build and maintain client relationships 
Provide client training to improve utilization of the platform and use reporting features, including any applicable reports or dashboards detailing program performance 
Guide and coordinate marketing campaign recommendations, administrative and creative requirements. 
Responsible for day-to-day activity in the advertising platform, client meetings and communication. 
Ensures campaign strategies are implemented on time and adjusts or redirect as needed. 
Analyze campaign performance metrics and develop recommendations based on data 
Supports the vision of the company directors/partners 
Who you are:
Excellent Customer Service Skills 
Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure 
Skilled at earning the trust of clients by displaying and understanding their business needs and the right solutions to meet them 
Comfortable expanding your role parameters as needed to get the job done
Skilled at analyzing data and deriving/communicating insights to meet client objectives
Strong communications skills; both written and oral
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to coordinate and organize marketing campaigns
Provide guidance on identifying and engaging with media, analyst sand influencers
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
Knowledge of Digital Strategy along with a competent level of technical ability an asset
Be informed and able to discuss digital trends and current industry issues
Be aware of and able to articulate client's digital strategy
Bilingualism in French/English written and spoken will be an assets
Compensation: 
Employment offers presented to the selected candidate are based on a combination of qualifications, experience, responsibilities of the role and the candidate's location. 
Base Salary: $39,000 - $42,000 + Variable
