We are of the firm belief that style is not defined by exclusivity or price, and we apply that mantra to every piece that we select, every item that we design, and every collaboration that we compose.The Role:Our Retail Team is looking for a Store Manager to join our Spadina Livestock location The Livestock Store Manager is responsible for leading the store in all aspects from building a team to driving sales to ensuring the store is up to visual standards set by the Merchandising team. This role will be both player and coach in the store, they will help customers and provide world class service while also coaching a team to also provide that same world class level of service.
The Responsibilities:
Motivate sales team to exceed sales targets on a weekly/month basis.
Consistently look for ways to improve in-store strategies while maintaining company standards.
Develop a community culture through strong customer rapport and exceptional customer service.
Set weekly schedules and delegate tasks on a daily basis.
Find ways to increase store sales through effective inventory management, merchandising and continuously seeking opportunities for growth through in-store findings.
Train, manage and oversee end-to-end daily e-commerce sales in-store which consists of processing, picking, packing and shipping orders direct to customers.
Decrease store shrinkage by researching inventory discrepancies and problem-solving issues to ensure optimal sales.
Responsible for weekly Bank Deposits and managing store expenses.
Building a talent pipeline to develop top talent into leaders at the store.
Stay up to date with new releases and upcoming product and ensuring the team is also informed.
Work with HR team to ensure all positions at the store are filled.
Train all new or newly promoted staff on their role and responsibilities.
Responsible for biweekly payroll submissions for their store's team.
Responsible for ensuring the visual presentation is up to the standard set by the Merchandise team.
Responsible for hosting local events and initiatives while ensuring company standards are met.
The Requirements:
2+ years of retail management experience.
Strong background in leadership and building teams.
Comfortable and confident in making business-critical decisions.
Must be a fashion, sportswear or sneaker enthusiast.
Must be able to multitask & manage time independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills a must.
Experience in data analysis and building Excel reports.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proactive and goal-oriented individual.
Strong proficiency in IOS based programs and products.
Strong proficiency in Excel & other MS Office programs.
Experience with web order fulfillment from a store level
Ability to balance cool and commerce in the workplace environment.
