As a Marketing Coordinator at , you will:
Build, launch, and maintain campaigns with precision and discipline
Support optimization and testing initiatives
Develop deep expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Contribute to measurable client growth

Responsibilities
Build campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads with precision and consistency
Execute optimizations under Campaign Manager direction
Manage ad uploads, campaign tactics, and structural hygiene
Apply quantitative reasoning and data analysis to support performance decisions
Monitor pacing and proactively flag performance anomalies
Pull, validate, and organize performance data for reporting
Assist in report preparation and identify performance trends
Maintain tagging accuracy and conduct QA checks before launches
Support creative and bid testing initiatives
Collaborate with Campaign Manager and Account Managers to ensure clean execution
Support your team, and help keep clients happy
Qualifications and Skills
1-2 years of experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or performance marketing
1-2 years of experience with Google Analytics
Strong quantitative and analytical mindset
Comfortable working with performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPL, CVR
Detail-oriented with strong QA discipline
Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines simultaneously
Strong time management and organizational skills
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Self-driven and accountable in a results-based environment
Background in math, statistics, finance, and sciences is highly preferred
Bilingual (FR/EN) strongly preferred
