About the Project
The Contractor must provide Information Technology professional services, including technical, functional, and project support, for various projects and activities within the Phoenix Operations team with the objective of stabilizing and improving the technical aspects of the Pay System and all associated PeopleSoft ERP solutions maintained by the client.
About the Responsibilities
Test planning and coordination;
Supervision of testing in accordance with the plan;
Management and monitoring of test plans for all levels of testing;
Management of walkthroughs and reviews related to testing and implementation readiness;
Status reporting to provide details of where an activity is at;
Development of test scenarios and test scripts;
Establishing and maintaining source and object code libraries for a multi-platform, multi-operating system environment;
Establishing software testing procedures for unit test, integration testing and regression testing with emphasis on automating the testing procedures;
Establishing and operating "interoperability" testing procedures to ensure that the interaction and co-existence of various software elements, which are proposed to be distributed on the common infrastructure, conform to appropriate departmental standards (e.g. For performance, compatibility, etc.) and have no unforeseen detrimental effects on the shared infrastructure;
Create processes and tools to ensure designs, code, settings and scripts work and perform well;
Provide progress report and dashboard to demonstrate task completion within the project schedule; and
Participate in meetings about testing and the testing phase.
About the Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years of testing experience performing the following tasks:
Developing the test strategy; test planning and coordination;
Managing and monitoring test plans for all levels of testing;
Developing test scenarios and test scripts;
Establishing and maintaining test procedures and script libraries; and
Establishing a validation and verification capability which assumes functional and performance compliance.
Minimum of 5 years of experience conducting ERP application implementation or
upgrade.
Minimum of 1 consecutive year of experience of testing specific components or modules of the PeopleSoft HCM suite identified requirements below:

Pay Disclosure
The average hourly pay range for this field is as follows:
Junior: 0–5 years of experience - $40-75/hr
Intermediate: 6–9 years of experience - $60-100/hr
Senior: 10+ years of experience - $90-150/hr
Compensation is commensurate with these standards; exceptions may apply based on experience, skills, and market conditions.
