Your Moneris Career - The Opportunity

As an Asset Coordinator, you will support asset shipping and receiving activities, management of asset storage rooms and return of end of lease equipment to vendors. You will work with our Facilities team to obtain received equipment from vendors and end-users, inventory management and control of asset storage rooms, along with performing physical equipment audits.

Location: You will be based in our Etobicoke office (195 The West Mall, M9C 5K1 ) and will work in a 5-day office-based model.

Reporting Relationship : You will report to the Manager, End User Services I.

Posting Type: Replacement.

Salary Range: The expected base salary range for this role is $62,000 - $75,000.

Total compensation may also include variable or discretionary incentive components, including but not limited to bonuses and commissions. Individual job offers are determined by various factors, including experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.

Your Moneris Career - What you'll do
  • Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming IT equipment in the Asset Management system, ensuring all documentation and serial/asset information is audit‑ready.

  • Manage asset storage locations (local and remote), ensuring equipment is properly organized and tracked across all lifecycle states, including lease returns, disposal, warranty repair, and redeployment.

  • Coordinate shipping and retrieval of equipment with end users, including arranging courier pickups from home addresses and office locations.

  • Prepare leased devices for return by verifying functionality, ensuring data is securely removed, and arranging repairs when needed to meet vendor and leasing‑partner requirements.

  • Facilitate responsible asset disposal, including recycling, donations, and sale to employees, while maintaining secure chain‑of‑custody practices.

  • Support high‑volume, time‑sensitive IT asset activities such as onboarding/offboarding, refresh cycles, audits, and compliance checks.

Your Moneris Career - What you bring
  • 1–2 years of experience in IT asset coordination, logistics, warehousing, or a related operational/technical field.

  • Strong organizational and tracking skills with the ability to manage high volumes of IT equipment accurately.

  • High attention to detail when handling serial numbers, asset tags, shipping documents, and condition checks.

  • Accountability and ownership of end‑to‑end asset lifecycle tasks, including proactive follow‑ups.

  • Comfort working in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment , performing repetitive and time‑sensitive tasks.

  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and safely handle equipment; ability to stand and move throughout the workday.

  • Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITAM systems ; basic hardware/software technical knowledge and bilingualism in French are considered assets.
