About the Role
Are you a skilled and versatile Facilities Maintenance Engineer seeking your next challenge? We are looking for a proactive and experienced Mobile Multiskilled Facilities Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team, working across a variety of commercial sites in West London. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering high-quality maintenance solutions, this is the role for you.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works across multiple client sites in West London. Diagnose faults and carry out repairs on HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and building fabric systems. Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, and decorating as required. Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with health & safety regulations. Respond promptly to emergency call outs and provide excellent customer service at all times. Complete accurate job reports, documentation, and communicate effectively with clients and the helpdesk team.
About You
Qualified in a core trade (e.g., electrical, plumbing, HVAC) with City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 or above. Proven experience in facilities maintenance within commercial environments. Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. Full UK driving licence (essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
