Job Summary:
Join our dynamic Fulfillment Associate team in Madison, Wisconsin! This role is pivotal in ensuring that customer orders are processed with speed and accuracy. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks including picking products from inventory, carefully packing them for shipment, and preparing them for dispatch. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are dedicated to quality and efficiency. Your role is essential to the smooth operation of our logistics network and contributes significantly to customer satisfaction. Safety is our top priority; therefore, adherence to all safety guidelines and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is mandatory. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick products from designated warehouse locations based on order requirements.
  • Inspect products for any defects or damages before packing.
  • Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring they are well-protected for transit.
  • Prepare orders for shipment, including affixing labels and staging for carriers.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
  • Participate in inventory management activities, including cycle counts.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily fulfillment goals.
  • Utilize safe Lifting techniques when handling merchandise.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a fulfillment center or warehouse role is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
  • Must be capable of Lifting and moving items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a strong commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment.
  • Knowledge of and strict adherence to safety protocols and the use of PPE.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a desire to contribute to team success.
  • Understanding the importance of precise logistics in meeting customer needs.
