We are seeking an experienced and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to lead our team in Las Vegas, Nevada. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and accuracy in all logistical processes. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety regulations. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse management and logistics. You will be responsible for maintaining inventory control, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring the timely processing of incoming and outgoing shipments. A key aspect of this role is fostering a safe work environment by ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). While direct physical labor may be less frequent, supervisors are expected to assist when needed, which may include lifting items up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, a proven ability to motivate teams, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
