Job Summary:
We are seeking enthusiastic Distribution Center Associates to join our expanding team in Fort Worth, Texas! As a vital member of our logistics hub, you will be involved in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving goods, stocking shelves, fulfilling orders, and preparing shipments. Your role is crucial in maintaining the efficiency and accuracy of our supply chain, ensuring that products reach our customers seamlessly. We prioritize Safety and provide thorough training to all employees, emphasizing the correct use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and adherence to all established Safety protocols. Responsibilities:
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders.
  • Accurately stock merchandise in appropriate warehouse locations.
  • Pick and pack items for customer orders using RF scanners and pick lists.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carriers.
  • Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment.
  • Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures.
  • Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times.
  • Participate in inventory counts and assist with stock management.
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations.

Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is beneficial.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, bending, stooping, and Lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Capacity to work effectively in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse Safety practices.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles is an asset.
