The role involves physical activity, including frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds. Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately using WMS and scanners.
- Prepare shipments for dispatch, ensuring all orders are correctly labeled and packaged.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize workflow.
- Identify and report any issues with inventory, equipment, or processes.
- Contribute to a positive and productive team culture.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college or vocational training preferred.
- Proven experience in e-commerce fulfillment, warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role.
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF scanning technology.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety procedures and the importance of PPE.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
