Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick and pack orders according to specific instructions and quality standards.
- Prepare shipments for delivery, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain inventory records and assist with cycle counts.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company guidelines, including the use of PPE.
- Contribute to a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
- Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and willingness to follow all PPE guidelines.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic.
