We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic logistics team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks crucial to the efficient operation of our warehouse, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment. You will work closely with other team members to ensure accuracy and speed in order fulfillment, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order slips.
- Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Label packages correctly with shipping information.
- Operate manual pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, especially those related to safety and PPE.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and the use of PPE is required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes in a fast-paced logistics environment.
