We are seeking a diligent and reliable Warehouse Associate to become a key member of our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will contribute directly to the efficient operation of our warehouse, handling a variety of essential tasks. Your responsibilities will encompass receiving and inspecting incoming goods, accurately stocking inventory, efficiently picking and packing customer orders, and preparing shipments for dispatch. This is a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and a strong work ethic are highly valued. We are looking for individuals who are physically capable, dependable, and committed to maintaining a safe and organized workspace. You will work alongside a supportive team, collaborating to meet daily operational goals and ensuring the smooth flow of products through our logistics network. Comprehensive training will be provided on our systems and procedures. Key aspects of the role include ensuring the accuracy of inventory records and the timely fulfillment of all orders. The position requires the ability to perform significant Lifting and to be active on your feet throughout your shift. Your safety and well-being are our top priorities. You must adhere to all company safety policies and protocols, including the mandatory use of appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE). Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments.
- Stock inventory accurately in designated warehouse locations.
- Pick products according to order specifications.
- Pack orders carefully and efficiently for shipment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all safety regulations and procedures, including the use of PPE.
- Conduct inventory counts and assist in maintaining record accuracy.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational targets.
- Perform tasks involving consistent Lifting and moving of materials.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to your role.
- Team player with good communication skills.
- Understanding of warehouse safety practices and commitment to using PPE.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is beneficial but not required.
