Responsibilities:
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against purchase orders, and report any discrepancies.
  • Stock merchandise in designated areas, ensuring proper rotation and organization.
  • Accurately pick orders based on customer requirements using hand-held scanners or other technology.
  • Package products securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring product integrity.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, including labeling and staging for carrier pickup.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, as needed (training provided).
  • Participate in inventory counts and audits to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is a plus.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Basic understanding of inventory control principles.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
  • Commitment to adhering to all safety guidelines and using required PPE.
