Your speed, accuracy, and attention to detail are crucial for maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction. This role is integral to our supply chain operations, ensuring that products reach our customers in perfect condition and on time. The ideal candidate will be organized, reliable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This position requires consistent physical activity, including walking, bending, reaching, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. A strong commitment to workplace safety is essential, and all employees must adhere to safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). - Accurately pick items from inventory based on order slips.
- Verify the accuracy of picked items against order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages correctly for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Operate hand-held scanners and other warehouse equipment.
- Follow all safety procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of PPE.
- Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment as needed.
