Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from shelves based on order fulfillment tickets.
- Inspect items for quality and ensure they match order details.
- Pack items securely and efficiently using appropriate packaging materials.
- Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging.
- Receive and process incoming inventory, verifying accuracy.
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the fulfillment area.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as needed.
- Strictly adhere to all safety protocols and wear required PPE.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets.
- Perform tasks that require repetitive lifting and physical exertion.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to follow all safety procedures and wear PPE.
