About
We are seeking a motivated Fulfillment Associate to join our state-of-the-art warehouse in San Jose, California. This role is critical to ensuring our customers receive their orders accurately and on time, making it a key component of our logistics operations. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be involved in various warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, picking orders with precision using RF scanners, packing items securely for shipment, and managing inventory levels. You will work with a diverse range of products, requiring careful handling and attention to detail. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is paramount. This position requires physical endurance, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, and significant lifting of items up to 50 lbs. Strict adherence to all safety protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), is essential. We are looking for proactive, reliable individuals who can work effectively both independently and as part of a dynamic team. Experience in a similar warehouse or logistics role is a plus.
