Are you an organized and meticulous individual with a passion for Logistics accuracy? We are seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team in Raleigh, North Carolina. In this critical role, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our inventory through regular audits, cycle counts, and discrepancy resolution. Your work directly impacts our operational efficiency and customer satisfaction by ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing errors. A thorough understanding of warehouse Logistics and inventory management systems is essential. You must be committed to upholding Safety standards and using the appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required. While direct manual labor might not be constant, tasks may involve some Lifting and movement of stock. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying and solving inventory-related issues. Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
  • Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records in the WMS (Warehouse Management System).
  • Monitor stock levels and report low stock or overstock situations.
  • Implement and enforce inventory control procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with Safety regulations and proper use of PPE.
  • Assist in the receiving and put-away processes to ensure accurate data entry.
  • Identify and report damaged or obsolete inventory.

Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in inventory control or a related warehouse role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and WMS.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Understanding of Logistics operations.
  • Commitment to Safety and willingness to use PPE.
  • Ability to perform tasks that may include some Lifting and moving of inventory.
  • Good communication skills.
