Join our rapidly growing e-commerce fulfillment center in Sacramento, California, as a Fulfillment Associate. This role is essential to our logistics operations, ensuring that customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will perform a variety of tasks, including picking, packing, kitting, and preparing orders for shipment. We are looking for energetic, detail-oriented individuals who are committed to maintaining a high standard of quality and safety. This position requires significant physical activity, including frequent lifting, standing, and movement throughout the warehouse. You will be trained on our state-of-the-art Warehouse Management System (WMS) and various pieces of equipment. We provide all necessary PPE to ensure a safe working environment. The ideal candidate is a team player, adaptable, and eager to contribute to our fast-paced operations. Your role is crucial in ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products for customer orders using RF scanners and order manifests.
- Pack items securely, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Perform kitting and assembly tasks as required.
- Verify order accuracy and product details before shipping.
- Label packages correctly for domestic and international shipments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and fulfillment area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, including the mandatory use of PPE.
- Meet or exceed established productivity and quality metrics.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and assist with stock put-away.
- Support various logistics functions as needed to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is advantageous.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and physical demands of the job.
- Experience with WMS and RF scanning equipment is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
