Job Summary:
Join our team in Fort Worth, Texas, as a Warehouse Coordinator and take charge of optimizing our warehouse operations. This key role involves overseeing daily activities, ensuring efficient inventory management, coordinating inbound and outbound logistics, and managing warehouse staff. You will be responsible for maintaining a safe, organized, and productive work environment. Your duties will include scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with all company policies and safety standards. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential. This role requires a thorough understanding of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and logistics best practices. You will also be responsible for ensuring the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) by all team members. While primarily supervisory, occasional lifting may be required.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities and staff.
  • Manage inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, and ensure accuracy.
  • Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processes.
  • Develop and implement efficient warehouse layouts and workflows.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
  • Train and mentor warehouse personnel.
  • Monitor team performance and provide feedback.
  • Manage warehouse supplies and equipment.
  • Implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Liaise with other departments and external partners to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in warehouse supervision or coordination is required. Proven experience in inventory management and logistics. Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety procedures. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to problem-solve and make decisions effectively. Familiarity with warehouse management software (WMS). Must be able to enforce safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field is a plus.
