Responsibilities:
  • Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
  • Pick orders efficiently and accurately based on pick lists or system prompts.
  • Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
  • Load and unload trucks and containers, using appropriate equipment.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided).
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting.
  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
  • Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and meet deadlines.
  • Support overall logistics and supply chain functions as needed.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
  • Ability to perform consistent physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and protocols.
  • Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
