Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, and store incoming inventory accurately.
- Pick orders efficiently and accurately based on pick lists or system prompts.
- Pack items securely for shipment, ensuring product protection.
- Load and unload trucks and containers, using appropriate equipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers (training provided).
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in cycle counting.
- Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and procedures, including proper lifting techniques and the use of required PPE.
- Identify and report any safety hazards or equipment malfunctions.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and meet deadlines.
- Support overall logistics and supply chain functions as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to perform consistent physical work, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and protocols.
- Commitment to wearing required PPE at all times.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of logistics and inventory management.
