Responsibilities:
- Accurately select items from inventory based on customer order specifications.
- Use RF scanners to track items and update order status in real-time.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects before packing.
- Package products securely and efficiently using appropriate materials to ensure safe transit.
- Label packages correctly for shipping and ensure all necessary documentation is included.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, adhering to all logistics safety protocols.
- Assist in replenishing stock on shelves and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment like pallet jacks (training provided).
- Meet or exceed daily picking and packing productivity goals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous experience in picking, packing, or general warehouse work is advantageous.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Must be capable of lifting items weighing up to 45 lbs regularly.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a team environment.
- Commitment to workplace safety and the correct use of PPE.
- Basic understanding of inventory management is a plus.
