As a Customs and Border Protection Officer (CBPO) , you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to safeguard American interests and secure the nation by enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws.
You will facilitate legitimate trade and travel while preventing illicit activities such as smuggling drugs or contraband across international borders.
The typical assignments for CBPOs include: inspecting individuals and conveyances; determining admissibility of people into the United States; conducting inspections at ports of entry.
