As a member of an elite group of highly trained professionals, you will be working with a federal agency to secure borders and protect America. Your role as a border patrol agent will involve detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration customs laws, inspecting documents and possessions to determine citizenship violations.

• You will prevent the entry of aliens smugglers at or near borders by maintaining surveillance in covert positions using infrared scopes for night operations.

• Other responsibilities include tracking marks and physical evidence of illegal entry, as well as performing farm checks, building traffic patrols and transportation checks.
