About
This is a general maintenance and servicing operations role within our facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine standard servicing and repair operations, including maintaining building, equipment, furnishings, fixtures, and grounds in proper condition.
- Carry out preventative maintenance programs under supervision as directed.
- Evaluate the need for repairs or replacements of equipment and facilities to ensure they remain operational.
- Operate a variety of equipment while ensuring safety measures are followed at all times.
